SPORTS TEAM RETURN TO MANCHESTER FOR THEIR DEBUT NIGHT OF UK TOUR

Whilst they may be a band that have been kicking about for a while, Sports Team sure have stood the test of time. With a back catalogue of tunes, indie lovers have been singing for over a decade now, the band still have a certain charm and charisma, which bleeds through their performance and is loved by their loyal fans. 
Now three records deep, the group have an extensive catalogue of tunes to pick and choose between for their sets. However, they somehow always choose the perfect balance between crowd pleasers and new material they wish to promote amongst their audience. 

Sports Team brought an incredible crowd to the opening night of their 2025 UK tour, with an explosive set of their self-proclaimed greatest hits. Dynamic and explosive are the two words that come to mind when thinking of a Sports Team show. 

Showcasing their latest record, Boys These Days, the band pleased their crowd with material both new and old. Half way through their set, frontman Alex Rice encouraged fans to recreate a human pyramid formation, which included fans on shoulders, on shoulders - further adding to the theatrics of the night. 

Whilst their tour has now drawn to a conclusion in London, there is no doubt Sports Team will be back sooner than you think, with even more chaotic live shows and exciting gigs.
